References to "we," "us," or "our" mean the entity above. References to "you" or "your" mean any visitor to this website or customer of the shop.

What we collect

When you submit an estimate request through our website, we collect:

• Your name, phone number, and email address
• Vehicle information (year, make, model, and optionally VIN)
• Insurance carrier and claim number, if applicable
• Photos of the damage you upload
• A description of the damage you provide
• Your preferred drop-off method

We also collect basic technical information automatically when you visit this website (IP address, browser type, pages visited). We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across sites.

How we use it

• To prepare an estimate for your repair
• To coordinate with your insurance carrier and adjuster
• To contact you about your vehicle and the status of your repair
• To order parts and schedule work on your vehicle
• To comply with legal obligations (warranty records, tax records, regulatory inquiries)

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with marketing partners. We do not use it for advertising targeting.

Who we share it with

We share your information only with parties needed to complete your repair:

• Your insurance carrier and assigned adjuster
• Parts suppliers (vehicle make, model, VIN, and damaged part info only — not your contact details)
• Sublet vendors (e.g., glass, alignment, mechanical repair) when your repair requires their services
• Service providers who help us operate the business (accounting, IT, payment processing)
• Government authorities when required by law

Service providers are contractually obligated to use your information only to provide services to us, not for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

We retain your information for as long as we have an active relationship with you, plus a period afterward to meet legal, warranty, and tax obligations.

• Active estimates not yet converted to repairs: 90 days from your last contact, then deleted.
• Damage photos: 90 days after your repair is complete, then deleted.
• Repair records: 7 years (warranty claims, tax records, regulatory).
• Website analytics: aggregate-only, no personal identifiers retained.

How we protect it

• All web traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS / TLS).
• Form submissions are protected against bots by Cloudflare Turnstile.
• Stored data is encrypted at rest in our cloud infrastructure.
• Access to customer data is limited to staff who need it to do their jobs.
• We log access to sensitive records.

No security measure is perfect. If we ever experience a data breach affecting your information, we will notify you within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Request a copy of the information we hold about you
• Request that we correct inaccurate information
• Request that we delete your information (subject to legal obligations to retain it)
• Opt out of any future marketing communications

Children's privacy
