Stafford, TX · Verified credentials
Certifications & credentials.
Insurance partnerships, repair standards, and industry training — documented in one place. If you're evaluating shops, this is what to look for.
Insurance network
Direct Repair Program partners.
DRP status means the carrier has vetted our repair quality, documentation process, and customer satisfaction record. It speeds up claim approvals — not the repair.
- State Farm Select Service partner
- Allstate
- USAA
- GEICO
- Progressive
- Farmers
- Liberty Mutual
- Nationwide
We accept all major carriers regardless of DRP status. DRP status affects authorization speed, not whether we can do the repair.
Repair standards
How every repair is done.
These are baseline requirements — not selling points. They apply to every vehicle, every repair.
OEM repair procedures
Every structural repair follows the vehicle manufacturer's documented welding, sectioning, measuring, and refinishing procedures — not generic industry shortcuts. OEM procedures are looked up for each repair, each vehicle.
Dedicated aluminum repair area
Aluminum and steel share neither tools nor workspace. Cross-contamination between metals causes corrosion. We maintain a separate, fully-equipped aluminum repair area — a hard requirement for OEM aluminum certification work.
ADAS recalibration
Modern driver-assist systems — forward collision warning, lane departure, blind-spot monitoring — require recalibration after structural repairs or windshield replacement. We perform static and dynamic ADAS calibrations in-house.
Multi-point delivery inspection
Every repaired vehicle is checked against the repair order before pickup. Panel fit, paint blend, structural measurements, replaced components — each line item verified before we call you.
Industry training
Technician training & development.
I-CAR training
Our technicians complete I-CAR (Inter-Industry Conference on Auto Collision Repair) training on vehicle technologies, repair methods, and manufacturer procedures. I-CAR curriculum is developed in partnership with automakers and updates as vehicles change.
OEM repair procedures
We reference manufacturer repair documentation — not generic industry guidelines — for every structural repair. OEM procedure lookups are built into our estimating and repair planning process.
